Who operates NowReely
NowReely service operator is responsible for the NowReely service covered by this policy. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to the privacy contact listed by your NowReely provider.
Information we handle
We process account profile and authentication data; workspace memberships and audit events; brand materials and uploaded assets; prompts, scripts, scenes, review comments, and generated media; publishing schedules and provider receipts; analytics and campaign data; subscription and credit-ledger records; content-safety decisions and fingerprints; encrypted abuse-report narratives and optional reporter contact details; support and security events; and encrypted credentials when you connect a provider or social account.
How information is used
We use this information to create and manage reels, render requested media, deliver reviews, schedule or publish authorized posts, synchronize provider analytics, operate billing, secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, comply with valid legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
Connected services and AI providers
When you connect or choose a third-party service, NowReely sends only the data needed for the requested operation. This can include prompts or reference assets sent to an AI or video provider, bounded prompts, scripts, or captions sent to a configured content-moderation provider, media and captions sent to a social platform, billing details sent to the payment provider, and delivery details sent to the transactional email provider. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to configured hosting, storage, security, email, payment, AI, video, and social-platform providers as needed to operate the service; to workspace members according to their assigned role; during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or when required by valid law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Security
Credentials and social tokens are encrypted at rest. Invitation, review, verification, reset, and deletion capabilities are hashed or otherwise protected, expire, and are validated on the server. Customer exports are additionally encrypted and accessible only to the authenticated account. No security control eliminates all risk.
Retention and deletion
Customer data is retained while the account or workspace is active and as needed to deliver requested services, resolve disputes, investigate abuse or rights complaints, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Safety assessments do not retain the reviewed text in their audit record; reports retain encrypted narratives and contact details only as long as needed for triage, appeals, evidence preservation, and applicable law. Completed data exports expire after seven days. Confirmed deletion requests have a seven-day grace period, then remove applicable database records and stored objects after cancelling an active subscription. Residual encrypted backups age out under the operator's backup-retention schedule and are not restored for ordinary product use.
Your choices and rights
Authenticated users can disconnect social accounts, download an account or workspace export, request workspace deletion, request account deletion, and cancel a scheduled deletion before processing begins from Privacy & Data settings. Depending on location, additional access, correction, portability, objection, restriction, or appeal rights may apply; contact the address above to exercise them.
International processing
The configured infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. The operator is responsible for selecting providers and transfer safeguards appropriate to its customers and deployment.
Children
NowReely is a business content-operations service and is not designed for children. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact the address above so the operator can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
Changes
This policy is version 2026-07-15, effective July 15, 2026. Material changes should be presented for renewed acceptance when required.
