Agreement and operator
These Terms govern use of NowReely, operated by the NowReely service operator. By creating an account, you accept version 2026-07-15 of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent to the contact provided by your NowReely operator.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use assigned workspace permissions appropriately, and promptly revoke access that is no longer authorized. Workspace owners are responsible for member invitations, roles, content, connected services, and billing decisions.
Service
NowReely provides tools for planning, generating, editing, rendering, reviewing, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing short-form content. Features that depend on third-party providers may require separate accounts, permissions, app review, quotas, or fees and may change or become unavailable.
Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and materials you submit. You grant the operator and configured providers the limited rights needed to host, transform, generate, transmit, publish, and analyze that content at your direction. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded assets, personal data, music, trademarks, claims, and connected accounts.
AI-generated output
Generated concepts, scripts, images, and videos can be inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable. You are responsible for human review before approval or publication, including factual claims, disclosures, intellectual property, platform rules, advertising requirements, and safety. NowReely does not promise exclusivity or legal clearance of generated output.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; access accounts without authorization; distribute malware; evade provider, platform, or NowReely safety safeguards; scrape or overload the service; probe another customer's data; misrepresent synthetic media where disclosure is required; or create illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or harmful content. Content may be assessed by automated controls and authorized reviewers, and access or content may be suspended while a credible report is investigated.
Publishing and connected platforms
A publish request authorizes transmission to the selected connected account. Provider acceptance, processing, reach, analytics, moderation, and availability are controlled by that provider. Review links and approvals are workflow controls, not legal or compliance approval.
Plans, credits, and cancellation
Paid features, limits, render credits, billing intervals, and prices are shown before purchase. Third-party render work may consume non-refundable credits once safely submitted. Subscription cancellation and account or workspace deletion stop future subscription renewal or cancel the external subscription as described in the product flow; applicable taxes, refunds, and statutory cancellation rights remain governed by checkout terms and law.
Availability and changes
The operator may maintain, secure, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit use to protect customers, providers, budgets, or service integrity. Durable jobs can retry safe operations; ambiguous external publishes require reconciliation rather than blind replay.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and generated output are provided without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, fit for a particular campaign, accepted by a platform, or produce a specific business result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and data
You may stop using the service, disconnect providers, export data, or initiate deletion from settings. The operator may suspend access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms are version 2026-07-15, effective July 15, 2026. Material changes should be presented for renewed acceptance when required.
